Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment department for Strike's corporate and shared services functions. This role serves as a key liaison between candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and external recruiting partners to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining applicant tracking system data, and ensuring compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, hiring manager meetings, and recruiting events.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment and pre-employment process.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting logistics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities including background screening, drug testing, reference checks, and onboarding documentation.
  • Prepare onboarding paperwork.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation scheduling.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies and recruiting vendors as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support career fairs, campus recruiting efforts, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
  • Perform HR-related duties as assigned.

Experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting corporate recruiting functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR-related software.
  • Prior experience coordinating onboarding activities and employment documentation.
  • Experience working with external recruiting agencies is a plus.

Education/Training

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
